Spotted this weathervane atop the Lloyds Register of Shipping building while walking to work this morning. It was gleaming in the morning sun and helpfully spun around to pose for my camera.

308/365 - Happy Accident
I took my camera to work today becasue there was a photo I wanted to try and take on the way home of a big yellow crane illuminated against the night sky.
Unfortunately by the time I remembered I was 10 miles down the road.
I did however get stuck at this junction long enough to take a picture through my windscreen of these temporary lights.
I really like how it came out!

I was convinced that I'd previously taken a very similar shot to this but with the leaves green but I can't, for the llfe of me, find it. I prefer this version on account of the red leaces and the fact that it exists (doesn't it?).
